    Please use the special charging cable provided with the product to charge it and do not use the charging cable of other brands

    How do I charge my AMIRO LUX lighting mirror?

    Gently insert your cable of your charger into your device’s charging port During the charging process, the indicator (red) flashes from left to right

    Please do not use the product in the place with high temperature,moisture or water such as bathroom, the product is not waterproof

    How often should I charge my AMIRO LUX lighting mirror?

    Generally, you should charge your AMIRO LUX lighting mirror only when three indicators (Red) on the base flash simultaneously to tell you that the battery is running low

    No, it disperses light evenly by unique design of micro-reflectors

    Will my charger work in different countries if I use an adapter?

    The input voltage of our product starts at 220V and goes up to 240V so you may use it worldwide with the correct adapter

    My AMIRO LUX product does not work and/or charge. What should I do?

    In order to find out where the problem lies, please run through the following actions:
    Attempt to charge your AMIRO LUX product. If the battery has been completely drained, it may take up to 5 minutes for the LED indicator to begin to pulse, indicating charging is taking place. This is because the charger initially charges with a very low current to protect the battery。

    If the LED indicator still does not respond after 5 minutes, please check that:
    ① DThe DC plug is firmly plugged into the DC socket
    ② The main plug is firmly plugged into the wall socket
    If your product has apparently completed charging but still does not work please try several times holding control button for 3s to turn ON it
    Should all above actions fail, your AMIRO LUX product may be faulty. Please consult the Warranty and Returns content for full information on how to obtain a replacement

    Will the light turn off suddenly when using?

    No, the sensor identification scope is within 50cm, the light will turn off only when you leave

WARRANTY & RETURNS

Mainland China
  • The original buyer of AMIRO LUX LED Lighting Mirror enjoys refundment, exchange or repair policies for the faults which are not caused by manmade damage
    within 7 days since the acceptance date
  • The policy of return of goods without reasons within 7 days is only applicable to the commodities which are sold by the official website of Accompany Tech*
    E-commerce platform and self-operated physical stores, the manmade damages, package damage and miss of accessories are not covered in the policy
    and the logistic charge of the return of goods without reasons within 7 days is undertaken by the original buyer
  • The price for buying this product will be returned to corresponding payment account of the order within 7 days after receiving the returned commodity
  • Within 1 year since the acceptance of the original buyer, if there’s hardware defect and Accompany Tech has received effective claim within the warranty period
    Accompany Tech will, within the range permitted by law, select to (1) repair the product with new or renovated component or (2) replace the original product
    with new or renovated product. If there’s fault, within the range permitted by law, these are the only and unique remedies for the original buyer
  • Any hardware replaced product will enjoy warranty services within the remaining warranty term or thirty (30) days (the longer term shall prevail)
  • To get the quality warranty service, the original buyer must post the product which shall be packed in the original package or package of equal protection degree
    to the address designated by Accompany Tech (the user who purchases the product from the authorized dealer of Accompany Tech shall exchange or repair
    the product in the dealer); the delivery acceptance bill and the invoice of buying the product shall be deemed as the valid voucher, and should be kept carefully
    and the logistic charge herein shall be undertaken by the original buyer

  • The Non-Warranty Term is the same as that for the Mainland China
Non-Warranty Term
  • The product which has exceeded the Three-Guarantee term
  • The repair, misuse, knock, neglect, abuse, fluid inside, accident, refitting, disassembling which are not authorized by Accompany Tech, or the label,
    serial number or anti-counterfeit mark of the product is removed or alternated
  • The damages which are caused by use, maintenance and storage not accordant with the Product Instructions
  • The external package, accessories, presented article and Instructions of the product are not complete, the invoice is got lost or alternated
  • The damages caused by force majeure
  • The model listed in the “Three-Guarantee” voucher is not accordant with the model of the real product, or the “Three-Guarantee” voucher is alternated
